Designed for beginners, we will take you through the process step by step. We will start by teaching you to make your own gumpaste so that you understand the correct texture.
We teach beginner, intermediate and advanced bakers looking to upgrade their skills or to address gaps in learning.
Gumpaste is a combination of powdered sugar, egg whites and a gumming agent called Tylose powder (find Tylose here).
