Chef Heather Longpré
After a successful career in corporate America, Heather made a life altering decision to follow her passion and pursue her culinary dream.
Chef Heather Longpré is a graduate of the French Pastry School of Kennedy- King College in Chicago, Ill. She studied with Nicholas Lodge, Mike McCarey, Scott Green, Sebastien Canonne M.O.F., Jacquy Pfeiffer, among other very accomplished Chefs. She is also a Professional Chocolatier having graduated from Ecole Chocolat in Vancouver, Canada.
Chef Heather moved to Nashville in 2004 and has been offering baking classes in Nashville (Forest Hills) for over 15 years. Heather owned and operated her own cake and confection business for over a decade where she honed her skills. She loves to use her knowledge and expertise to teach chefs, aspiring chefs, home bakers and children. Heather has 1000s of happy students who often take weekly and monthly classes and go on to use the skills learned in their own businesses or transfer the science and art to other avenues of their lives.
