Prices are for 3-hour lessons, except where noted otherwise. Prices include all ingredients and materials and students take home all that they make.

How long are classes?
Most classes are three hours in length unless otherwise noted.
How much are classes?
Each 3-hour private lesson is $195 for the first student and $100 for each additional student. This includes all materials and premium ingredients.
Where is the class schedule?
Our classes are private and scheduled at the convenience of the student. Select the lesson of your choice and we will work with you to find a time that fits your schedule. We teach weekdays, after school, evenings and weekends.
Do I need to bring anything to class?
We provide everything that is required for the lesson, including premium ingredients and packaging to take your confections home. All that is made in class is yours to take with you and enjoy.

Chef Heather has a teaching kitchen in Forest Hills, Nashville, TN.
How do I book a class?
Use the booking form on this page to start. We will contact you within 12 hours to find a class time that works for you. To secure class time a $50 per person deposit is required.
Which class should I take as a beginner?
We have some great classes for beginners. We offer private baking lessons that teach students to properly measure ingredients. They learn the basics of mixing and baking which they use every time they bake in the future. Private baking lessons that are appropriate for beginners include Cake and Cupcake Decorating where students learn to make a cooked filling and a cooked buttercream frosting and go on to build and decorate a cake or cupcakes. French Macarons and Eclairs are also good classes for beginners. See our Baking Classes and Popular Classes pages for more details.
May I bring other students to my private baking lesson?
Classes are private unless the student chooses to bring additional participants. We can accommodate up to 14 students per class.
Do you offer gluten-free options?
We are happy to help you navigate your food sensitivities. In private baking lessons for Cakes and Cupcakes, we offer gluten-free, flourless (gluten-free), egg-free, and dairy-free options. Note, the kitchen is not a gluten-free kitchen and may not be suitable for students with Celiac Disease.
What is the cancellation policy?
In the event of a cancellation, deposits are surrendered if less than 24 hours’ notice is given. If more than 24 hours’ notice is given deposits may be applied to rescheduled classes.
