After many wonderful years of teaching, creating, and sharing the joy of baking, Chef Heather is officially retiring!

From the bottom of my heart, thank you to every student who stepped into my kitchen, trusted me with your time, and shared your enthusiasm for learning. It has been an honor to teach you, bake alongside you, and be part of so many memorable moments. Your support, curiosity, and kindness made this work incredibly meaningful.

All remaining and future classes are now full, and no additional classes will be scheduled.
