This cake was created for a very talented person in the music industry. Her amazing story is a very long one and so we decided to communicate all the fine details on edible sheet music that you see falling from a replica of her favorite music stand.
All of the instruments are chocolate replicas of her very own favorites.
As she is a child of the 60s, we chose Gerber daisies to adorn the sculpture. The flowers are sugar. The floating musical notes are also sugar.
