This lovely wedding cake features a tier painted gold to match the venue’s decor. The flowers are made from sugar. Roses and hydrangea complement the bride’s bouquet. We make dozens of different types of flowers in the color(s) of your choice.
We combined alternating layers of French chocolate biscuit (pronounced: bis kwee), with Tahitian vanilla biscuit and layered those with strawberry cream. The cake is finished with Tahitian vanilla cream cheese frosting. The musical notes are chocolate, the lilies and lily pads are gum paste (sugar) and the cake board and cake topper are fondant, in other words: everything is edible! This cake is available in the flavor combination of your choice.
This lovely sugar art sculpture may be used as a cake topper or may simply accompany a sweet table.
The edible lace on the bottom tier of the wedding cake was created to match the lace in the bride’s wedding gown. The Ranunculus flowers were made out of an edible sugar medium called gumpaste and matched the flowers in the bride’s bouquet.
