The light Tahitian Vanilla cake layers are filled with light pink strawberry mouse and covered with a combination of white and pink vanilla cooked Italian meringue buttercream. We combined alternating layers of French chocolate biscuit (pronounced: bis kwee), with Tahitian vanilla biscuit and layered those with strawberry cream. The cake is finished with Tahitian vanilla cream cheese frosting. The musical notes are chocolate, the lilies and lily pads are gum paste (sugar) and the cake board and cake topper are fondant, in other words: everything is edible! This cake is available in the flavor combination of your choice.

This four tier tree stump cake feeds 40 people. We make it in your choice of flavor however, this one has layers of strawberry (red), Tahitian vanilla (white) and blueberry (blue) cake and is filled with strawberry cream cheese.
