We combined alternating layers of French chocolate biscuit (pronounced: bis kwee), with Tahitian vanilla biscuit and layered those with strawberry cream. The cake is finished with Tahitian vanilla cream cheese frosting. The musical notes are chocolate, the lilies and lily pads are gum paste (sugar) and the cake board and cake topper are fondant, in other words: everything is edible! This cake is available in the flavor combination of your choice.
Want to celebrate springtime in Paris but can’t quite make the trip at this point? Have a Springtime In Paris party! This edible (sugar) Tour de Eiffel (Eiffel Tower) can either be used as a cake topper (12 inches tall) or may stand in the center of your dessert table (24 – 36 inches tall) surrounded by delicious French treats, such as Macaron. Let us help you with the sweet side of your celebration.
This is actually Tower Bridge (London, England) replicated in chocolate! It stands 20″ tall and may be used as a cake topper or may simply accompany cupcakes and/or a sweet table.
This lovely sugar art sculpture may be used as a cake topper or may simply accompany a sweet table.
As an alternative to traditional buttercream, we covered this New Year’s Eve party cake with yummy whipped cream!
The edible lace on the bottom tier of the wedding cake was created to match the lace in the bride’s wedding gown. The Ranunculus flowers were made out of an edible sugar medium called gumpaste and matched the flowers in the bride’s bouquet.
This is the perfect sugar art sculpture for a bachelorette party or bridal shower. The cake is decorated to look like a lovely present. All of the art is edible, but who would want to eat it? Enjoy the cake and save the art. This cake did, however, raise a few eyebrows when it was delivered to a local restaurant!!
A terrified groom adds humor to this wedding cake. All of the art is edible, including the bride, groom and flowers.
Our cakes with sugar art are one-of-a-kind. Tell us your idea and we will bring it to life … in sugar, that is.
This birdhouse amongst the dogwood blossoms is actually a lemon cake with lemon cream filling and fiori di sicilia buttercream frosting. The roof is made from modeling chocolate and the cake board is carved chocolate. The dogwood blossoms are made from gumpaste as are the butterflies and birds. The entire sculpture is edible.
