Single Petit Four

Petit Fours come in many different styles and flavors.

French Petit Fours are more than just a piece of cake covered with poured fondant.

This Petit Four starts with an almond-shortbread cookie base and is rimmed with 58% Belgian couverture chocolate; it is then rolled in crushed almonds. The rosette is made of Kirsch, cherries and dark chocolate ganache and is topped with a chocolate and mint decorative swirl.
